What types of clients do you have?
Theresa Cruz Bookkeeping works with individuals, freelancers and small businesses to help develop and maintain an efficient system of recording finances. Some industries I currently provide service to are childcare providers, laundromats, marketing businesses, moving and janitorial companies.
Do you work remotely or on-site?
I work remotely on an accounting system of your choosing or I can visit your office, including home offices at a scheduled time.
How do I know what to send you?
We will review your finances and go over the necessary documents needed to get your books in order or maintain the status of your finances. Most contract services are based on a monthly time frame making the frequency of exchanging paperwork monthly but may vary depending on your needs.
When doing our books remotely how will I get my documents/records to you?
Documents can can be exchanged via mail, email, exchanging of documents in person, via fax or secured file share.
What software do you work with?
I primarily use QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online however I have experience with Peachtree, Accpac ERP, Xero & Zoho Books.
What else should I know?
I offer weekly, monthly, quarterly services as well as both short and long term projects.
You can also schedule my services for audit preparations, as a liaison with your CPA and/or Tax professional to ensure your books are tax ready, or for negotiation of workers compensation, payroll fees, health & business insurance.
